• Restraint training
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Display strong subject knowledge

The role will involve a lot of 1:1 work with a Year 2 student with ECHP for SEMH, acting as a mentor by shadowing them through their school day aiding them in engaging in classes so they can develop their learning.

You will be responsible for the wellbeing of the student as well as applying techniques that will aid them in achieving their full potential.
