Salary: £95 – £105 Daily (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time/Part-time
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Term Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing primary school team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is committed to helping children with behavioural needs thrive both emotionally and academically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with identified behavioural needs.
- Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
- Work closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to create individual support plans.
- Foster a safe, calm, and supportive environment where all children feel valued and respected.
- Monitor and report on progress, behaviour, and engagement.
- Support children during unstructured times such as playtimes and lunchtimes when needed.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural or emotional needs.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is proactive, flexible, and able to use their initiative.
- (Desirable) Has relevant qualifications or training in behaviour management, child development, or SEND.
