Ortus Recruitment are working alongside a vibrant primary school in Clapham seeking a confident Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional behavioural and SEN support. This role would suit someone with previous youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, or classroom experience.

Key Duties:

• Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Working 1:1 with identified students
• Implementing behaviour strategies
• Promoting a positive and safe learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people
• Experience supporting SEN or behavioural needs
