Position: Behaviour Support Assistant
Location: Colindale, Barnet
Contract: Long term / Full time
Salary: £450 – £525 Weekly (PAYE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement tailored behaviour strategies
- Help students develop resilience, self-regulation, and positive relationships
- Promote an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment for all
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for working with children and helping them reach their potential
- Can manage challenging behaviours with patience and empathy
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is proactive, flexible, and able to work as part of a dynamic team
- Has experience in a coaching or mentoring background
