The Role:
You will support pupils in overcoming challenges to re-engage with education, develop self-esteem, and achieve academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to support pupils with SEMH needs.
• Assist in delivering behaviour-focused interventions and strategies.
• Act as a mentor and positive role model for pupils.
• Support pupils in developing self-regulation and resilience.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individual behaviour plans.

About You:

• Previous experience working with pupils with SEMH needs or challenging behaviours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, resilient, and able to respond effectively to challenging situations.
• A genuine passion for helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
