Ortus Recruitment is working on behalf of an ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Hounslow, they are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills, to support behaviour in KS1.

• Primary Challenging Behaviour TA.
• Starting ASAP on a long-term, full-time position.
• Ideal for those who want to Train to become a primary Teacher.
• £70 – £85 Daily Rate.

Primary Challenging Behaviour TA requirements:

• Second-class degree or better.
• Experience with SEN children, preferably SEMH/Challenging behaviour.
• Experience supporting within KS1.
• Confidence and ability to implement positive behaviour strategies, thereby removing barriers to learning.
• Demonstrate resilience and a driven approach to support as a Challenging Behaviour TA.
• Strong Literacy and Numeracy skill set with the capability to deliver learning across the primary classroom.

They have an experienced and supportive SLT, and the successful candidate will benefit from the guidance and encouragement of the expert SENCO, who is known for helping push the development of all their SEN support staff.
