The Role

You will be supporting pupils aged 3–11, working alongside class teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where needed. The role involves working with individuals and small groups across the primary curriculum, helping pupils build confidence and reach their full potential.

Working hours are 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. The position is full-time and long-term, with strong stability for the remainder of the academic year and beyond for the right candidate.

Who We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate (2:1 or above) or an experienced Classroom/Teaching Assistant
• Previous experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
• Confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
