Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a professional environment.
• Experience working with SEN (preferred).
• Able to develop positive relationships and communicate effective.
• Soft skills of organisation, time management, problem solving and critical thinking.
• Able to adapt to changing environments and navigate clear paths for solutions.

Please Note: We welcome applicants with degrees beyond this or relevant qualifications for working with children.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help class teacher plan activities for the day.
• Partake in 1:1 and group support talks with children and the class teacher.
• Care and support all children in the classroom.
• Manage difficult behaviour from children.
• Create and maintain relationships with class teacher, parents and children.
