Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the classroom teacher to deliver dynamic lessons and engaging activities.
• Provide individual support to pupils, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and safe classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Support in assessing pupil progress and offering constructive feedback to the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working as a Classroom Assistant in a UK primary school setting is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A passion for education and a genuine desire to support children in their learning journey.
• SEN experience and/or qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
• Verifiable references from previous roles or placements.
