We are currently seeking to appoint a highly organised, enthusiastic, and proactive Classroom Assistant to join their dedicated support team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience working with groups of primary-aged children;
• Be confident supporting pupils to access the curriculum within a mainstream classroom setting;
• Be able to deliver targeted intervention programmes to small groups;
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for improving outcomes and the lives of all children;
• Show flexibility, initiative, and an optimistic approach to the demands of a busy school environment;
• Be patient, calm, and respectful of children’s views and voices;
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to school life;
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times;
• Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE level or above in English and Maths);
• Have experience in applying basic behaviour management techniques.
