About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone caring, proactive, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young learners. You will support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering both 1:1 assistance and general classroom support to ensure every child receives the guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Support pupils during break and lunchtimes
• Manage behaviour calmly and effectively, encouraging positive interactions
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to foster a nurturing learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience working with children, ideally in a school or early years setting
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education
• Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is patient, compassionate, and adaptable
• Is looking to build a long-term career in education or special needs support
