As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our educators. Your responsibilities will include:

• Discipline Assistance: Offering support in managing classroom behaviour when required.
• Supply Management: Ensuring all students have the necessary daily supplies and materials.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has experience and familiarity with the upper KS2 curriculum and is confident in delivering speech, language, and communication interventions.
• Is proactive, flexible, and assertive, ready to adapt to the needs of the classroom.
• Is comfortable working one-on-one with students or in small groups, especially those with additional needs.
• Can commit to a full-time, long-term position.
• Holds a Level 3 qualification or a minimum 2:2 grade in a relevant degree, such as psychology, literacy, numeracy, or educational studies.
