Here at Ortus Recruitment we are working with a mainstream primary school in Worcester Park and they are looking to recruit a Classroom Assistant to commit to a full time-long term role. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a a school setting and have a fully enhanced DBS on the update service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help plan, prepare and deliver lessons
• Keep record of the student progress and highlight areas of performance
• Supervise group activities and school outings
• Liaise with teachers, parents and other professional staff
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment to ensure safety of students
• Able to assist pupils with literacy and numeracy
