About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning, providing general and specific assistance to pupils and staff. Your role will be varied and rewarding, helping pupils with a range of learning needs—including those with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals or small groups under the direction of the class teacher
• Assist pupils in understanding tasks and instructions
• Encourage independence and inclusion within the classroom
• Provide feedback to pupils and staff regarding progress and achievement
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities
• Monitor pupil responses and contribute to assessment and tracking
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
