Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Class Teachers: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging learning activities for Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils.
• Individual and Group Support: Offer additional support or create challenges for individual students or small groups in subjects like literacy, numeracy, and more, ensuring tailored learning experiences.
• Monitor Progress: Thoughtfully monitor and document the progress and achievements of pupils, providing constructive feedback to teachers.
• Foster Positive Behavior: Encourage positive behavior and values among students, addressing challenges with care.
• Provide Pastoral Care: Offer gentle pastoral care and guidance to support the social and emotional development of pupils.
• Adhere to Policies: Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding, health and safety, equality, and diversity, with compassion.

Schedule:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: £85.00 – £100.00 per day
