Location: Seven Sisters, London Borough of Haringey
Schedule: Full-Time, Long-Term (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4 PM)
Salary: £450 – £525 per week (PAYE, NO Umbrella Deductions) Depending on experience

Are you passionate about early years education and experienced in working 1:1 with children with Autism?

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and vibrant primary school in Seven Sisters, Haringey, London, starting immediately!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ensuring they receive the attention and support needed for their development.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support children’s learning, emotional development, and overall well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience in an Early Years setting (Nursery, Reception, or similar roles).
• Experience providing 1:1 support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Confidence in providing personal care and supporting young children’s needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build relationships with children.
