Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and shaping the future? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Edgware, Barnet.

Your Role:

• Assist in creating a fun, safe, and nurturing learning space
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
• Work closely with the lead teacher to implement engaging activities
• Help with day-to-day classroom management and preparation
• Support SEN children in small groups or 1:1

Requirements:

• A love for working with young children
• Experience working with SEN children
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
• Previous experience or relevant qualifications in Early Years education (desirable)
