Early Years Teaching Assistant | Camden | £400 – £500 Weekly (PAYE)

We work with a number of schools, all rated ‘Good‘ or ‘Outstanding‘ by Ofsted, with supportive senior leadership teams and opportunities for further career progression.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment to allow the children to grow and develop. You will lead phonics and reading interventions to encourage academic development, as well as promote learning through play. Your other responsibilities will include;
- Maintaining a organised and safe classroom
- Supporting children with SEN
- Liaising with parents/carers
- Managing behaviour effectively
- Providing personal care
- Building positive rapports and fostering trust
- Supporting social and emotional development

Requirements for the role:
- Level 3 CACHE qualification
- Adept understanding of EYFS framework
- Behaviour management experience
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative
- Effective communication skills
- Nurturing and patient approach to teaching
- Competent literacy, reading and numeracy skill
Details about the role:
- Mon-Fri, 8:15am – 3:45pm
- No weekends
- Term time, Long-term, Full-time
- £400-£500 per week (PAYE)
- Potential to be placed on teacher training programme
