Ortus Recruitment is seeking a talented and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to further strengthen the Early Years team within a Tooting based mainstream primary school.

The successful candidate must enjoy making a positive contribution to a team, have good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and want to make a positive difference in the lives of children.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the EYFS.
• Strong academic background – Degree required.
• Proactive, reliable and committed.
• A clear commitment to whole school improvement.
• Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.

The role:

• Work effectively under the guidance of the class teacher and phase leader.
• Ensure the highest standards of learning and attainment.
• Deliver high quality interventions.
• Carry out observations and wright developmental reports.
• Help deliver learning in line with the EYFS framework.
