Ortus Recruitment are liaising with an inclusive and multi-cultural school in West Drayton, who are looking for a resilient and assertive but empathetic individual to take on the fulfilling role of Behaviour Mentor.

** It is important to note this is a challenging role and requires an individual with experience in this type of role and preferably restraint training **

The Behaviour Mentor role:

The role will involve working on a 1:1 basis with a child in Year 2 who has been diagnosed with ASC. The child has severe behavioural needs therefore requires someone with excellent behaviour management and the child also has SEMH and requires someone who can enforce boundaries, build trust and stay consistent. The successful Behaviour Mentor will have a firm but fair approach however will be patient and understanding.
