About the Role:

• Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
• Focus: Supporting SEN children, particularly those with Autism and Speech and Language needs.
• Responsibilities:
  1. Providing 1:1 support to an Autistic child in a Year 3 class.
  2. Assisting the class teacher.
  3. Supporting the entire class when needed.
  4. Caring for and supervising children during break times.
  5. Managing challenging behavior.
  6. Building positive relationships with parents.
