A ‘Good’ Ofsted rated Primary School based in Kennington now seeks for an experienced teaching assistant to support EYFS. Our partnered primary school are looking for teaching assistants who have passion, who are forward thinking and who love working with children. Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the class teacher to provide support to children in the early years
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons and activities
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide one-to-one and small group support as needed
• Assist with the assessment of student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working in an Early Years setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
