As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working with Nursery and Reception classes, supporting children’s development and learning through phonics, spelling, reading, and writing sessions. You’ll also provide one-on-one support to children with mild special educational needs, helping them to thrive in a positive and nurturing environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree-level education and a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum. You should be a proactive, reliable, and flexible team player with excellent communication skills and a comfortable and confident approach to supporting SEN.
