Role Overview: As an EYFS Teaching Assistant with a specialization in Personal Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and well-being of our youngest learners. Working closely with the EYFS team, you will provide individualized support to meet the diverse needs of our students. From assisting with educational activities to providing personal care and support, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with educational activities and learning tasks in the EYFS setting.
- Provide personal care and support to students as needed, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to deliver tailored support to meet individual student needs.
- Foster independence, confidence, and a love for learning in young learners.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children.
