Job Summary:

• Start Date: Immediately
• Pay: £85 – £95 per day, PAYE – No hidden agency/umbrella company fees
• Role: Full time, Long term – Ongoing throughout the academic year

Here at Ortus Recruitment we are working alongside a school who are seeking someone who can join theschool on an immediate basis, working full time, throughout the academic year. The successful candidate will receive Teacher Training, and the opportunity to further their knowledge with CPD and childcare/education related courses.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have a clear enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or be willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment – £52
• Have a minimum Grade C in GCSE English and Math
• Have two obtainable childcare relevant reference

• Confident in supporting children in a school setting

Key Responsibilities within this role:

Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the class teacher in supporting a Year 3 class, as a general Teaching Assistant. This role entails helping the class teacher prepare and plan lessons, handing out worksheets and assisting the pupils with their work and enquiries.
