Graduate Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching: Conduct classes and workshops while assisting students with classroom activities.  
• Supervising: Support fieldwork and help children with their projects.
• Giving feedback: Provide the children with kind and honest feedback to aid in their development.
• Giving the head teacher help in planning, setting up and cleaning the classroom.
• Progress tracking: Assist the head classroom in tracking progress.
• Planning: Help with organising educational and fun activities.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred (3-6 months)
• Experience working with SEN children (preferred)
• Passion for working with students with diverse needs
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to difficult situations and behaviours.
