Ortus Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools located in Southfields. The school, recognised for its high standards and excellent practice, is dedicated to providing strong academic and pastoral support for all pupils, including those with SEN and behavioural needs. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm.

We are looking for someone who:

• Brings creativity and energy to supporting teaching and learning
• Works well as part of a collaborative team
• Demonstrates strong punctuality, organisation and reliability
• Pays close attention to detail in all aspects of their role
• Has experience working with children—either in a school setting or through roles such as sports coaching, tutoring, youth work, childcare, or similar

A relevant degree is desirable, such as Psychology, English, Performing Arts, Maths, Science, or other subjects linked to education and child development. Applicants with alternative qualifications or experience are also encouraged to apply.
