Previous experience in a primary school with excellent knowledge of the curriculum

SEN experience (desirable)

Attentive to needs of pupils
Aware of social barriers that pupils may face during their time at school
Strong literacy and numeracy skills

Responsibilities / graduate teaching assistant:

Aiding the pupils and teacher in the learning environment
Creating a fun and stimulating supporting environment
Able to encourage children to be confident in the classroom
Considering all pupils as individuals and adapting to ensure optimal outcomes for all
Delivering interventions

All candidates must have a current & valid DBS – Child Workforce on the update service and 2 references to be taken in consideration for any of the roles.
