Ortus Recruitment is looking for an energetic, reliable and proactive graduate Teaching Assistant who is eager to support students with additional learning needs.

We are working on behalf of an “Outstanding” mainstream primary school located in the heart of Richmond, who are seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team to support a Year 4 pupil with additional needs.

The ideal candidate for this Graduate Learning Support Assistant opportunity would need to able to work as an individual, supporting on a 1:1 basis under direction from the SENCO and class teacher.

The school has a fantastic reputation of working and has given invaluable, support, guidance and experience to many past Graduate Learning Support Assistants at the beginning of their careers.

The Graduate Learning Support Assistant Role:

• Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Year 4 – 1:1 Support
• ASC & ADHD
• £75 – £90 Per Day (PAYE! No hidden Umbrella Company Deductions.)
• Long-term, full-time role (08:30 – 16:00, Monday – Friday)

Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification:

• Degree Educated – With strong academic background.
• Passionate about education & learning.
• Knowledge/experience of SEN (Ideally ASC).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience around children.
