Graduate Teaching Assistant | Mainstream Primary School | Croydon | Immediate start

Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a qualified individual for a Graduate Teaching Assistant position in Croydon.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in schools and with SEN. They should also have a good knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum. The candidate should also have relevant qualifications for working in schools and children with additional needs.

The role will consist of working with teachers and helping to plan and organize lessons, as well as supporting children with their learning and development. The candidate will be expected to work in small groups and on a 1 to 1 basis with children.

• A hardworking individual able to work well under pressure, 1 to 1 and in groups inside and outside the classroom.
• Great work ethic
• Previous experience working in schools and with SEN.
