This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils across Key Stage 2, working closely with class teachers and the SEN team for the remainder of the academic year, with strong potential for the role to continue into the following academic year.

The Role

The school is seeking a highly academic graduate (2:1 or above) from a reputable university who is confident supporting learning across the curriculum. You will work with pupils in both small groups and 1:1 intervention sessions, helping to raise attainment and support individual learning needs.

This full-time, long-term role begins in January 2026 and is ideal for graduates looking to build valuable classroom experience while contributing positively to a thriving school community.

The Ideal Candidate

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher
• Strong academic background and confidence supporting KS2 learning
• Previous experience working with children or young people (education-based experience preferred)
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference
• Reliable, adaptable, and keen to grow within a school environment
