Are you a recent graduate looking for experience working within a primary school?

We are looking for several unqualified Teaching Assistants to work within a primary school in Croydon. Experience is not necessary but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude is essential.

The daily working hours are 8:30 – 4:00

Pay Rate

£80.00 – £105.00 per day (dependant on experience level)

About the Teaching Assistant role:

• Supporting pupils within whole classroom settings

• Working with a Year 2 Child

• Providing and maintaining a creative and safe learning environment

• Assisting the class teacher as well as other staff members

• Managing behavioural challenges

About you:

• Have a positive and can-do attitude

• Personable and proactive

• Have good communication skills

• Passionate about pupils learning and development

• Have good timekeeping

• Patient and calm under pressure
