Ortus Recruitment are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Graduate Teaching Assistant to work with our partnered mainstream primary school based in Wandsworth. We are looking for a graduate with strong literacy and mathematics skills who can provide full support to a KS2 class. Our partnered mainstream primary school seeks a graduate who is committed to ensuring that all pupils they work with receive the highest standards of teaching and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with pupils and supporting the class teacher with all subjects and lessons
• Ensure all pupils are happy and engaged in their work
• Feeding back to the class teacher to monitor progress and any issues

The successful graduate must:

• Have a degree/predicted with a 2:1 or above
• Be passionate about education
• Be able to inspire and motivate
• Have high expectations for students learning achievement and behaviour
• Be creative and approachable
