About the Role

• Location: Primary school in Croydon
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: £80.00 – £105.00 per day (dependent on experience)

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one support to a Year 2 student, tailoring assistance to their unique needs.
• Assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and general administrative tasks.
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
• Handle and de-escalate behavioral challenges with confidence and care.
