Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a highly qualified individual to work in our partner Primary School in Croydon for a Graduate Teaching Assistant role.

The Primary School has great facilities with a strong leadership team who provide high quality standards of education. The Primary School has an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ for their last report.

A successful candidate should be a recent graduate and preferably gave previous experience working in a school setting with children.

The role will consist of working alongside a teacher helping them to plan and organise lessons as well as getting involved in class activities.

The individual will be working with children in groups and on a 1 to 1 basis with pupils who may have need additional help.

You will be expected to support all children with their learning and development as well as their health and educational needs.

• £70 – £85 Per day (PAYE – No umbrella company fees – No hidden deductions)

We are looking for an individual who comes across warm, welcoming and can communicate with teachers and pupils clearly and effectively.

• Able to work Full-time – (Monday to Friday)
• Right to work in UK
• 2 Relevant References
• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on update service
