Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our agency is seeking a confident and motivated HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Willesden.

About the Role:
You will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school, with responsibilities including:

• Covering classes across all year groups
• Leading learning activities, particularly in literacy and numeracy
• Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
• Working closely with teachers and senior leaders to maintain a positive learning environment

• A qualified and confident HLTA with recent school experience
• Strong knowledge of primary literacy and numeracy frameworks
• Someone flexible, proactive, and able to engage pupils of varying abilities
• A reliable individual with excellent communication skills
