What We Offer:

• Location: Friendly and supportive primary school in Croydon
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Pay: £85 – £100 per day (PAYE, depending on experience)
• Start Date: Immediate or flexible for the right candidate

Role Responsibilities:

• Work closely with pupils in the classroom to create an engaging and supportive learning environment
• Provide one-on-one support to a Year 2 student, offering personalised guidance and encouragement
• Collaborate with teaching staff to promote a creative, inclusive, and nurturing classroom culture
• Support positive behaviour and encourage students to achieve their full potential
• Assist with classroom organisation and contribute to the overall safety and effectiveness of the learning space

• Experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, or youth programmes
• An interest or background in special educational needs (SEN)
• A clear motivation to pursue a career in education or child development
