The Role – Behaviour Mentor
This Behaviour Mentor role is to work with a child in KS1 who has SEMH and can sometimes exhibit challenging behaviour. As a Behaviour Mentor you will:
· Manage challenging behaviour and build rapports with pupils
· Encouraging self-confidence and social skills
· Have a firm bur fair approach and experience working with Challenging Behaviour or SEN (this does not have to have been in a school setting)
If you are an aspiring LSA/ SEN TA/ HLTA /Learning Mentor this this role will be ideal for you in addition to this if you have a sport or a creative background and are passionate about supporting our next generation then we will love to hear from you.
