The Role:
As a Key Stage 1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help provide an inclusive environment where all children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with SEN, such as developmental delays or social communication challenges, through one-on-one and small-group work.
• Assist in delivering creative and engaging activities tailored to individual needs.
• Foster the development of social and emotional skills in a supportive classroom setting.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to monitor and report on progress.
• Encourage confidence and independence among pupils in their daily school life.

About You:

• Experience in an SEN support role, especially within Key Stage 1.
• Familiarity with effective learning strategies, including the use of communication aids.
• Empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about pupil development.
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
