Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that align with the KS1 National Curriculum
• Provide high-quality teaching to a general mainstream classroom, ensuring all pupils are supported
• Use effective classroom management strategies to create a positive learning environment
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and support staff to help all students thrive
• Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom culture

Who We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Minimum of two years’ teaching experience in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Experience supporting pupils with diverse learning needs, including those with SEMH and ASC
• Excellent classroom management and lesson differentiation skills
• Passionate about inclusive education and providing high-quality teaching
