We are thrilled to be working with an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Primary school located in the Hammersmith and Fulham LEA, who is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a high-functioning pupil with SEN in their Year 1 class.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN, helping them remain engaged and focused in the learning process. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of how to work with pupils with SEN, as well as a strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum. Excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships quickly, and a proactive, reliable and flexible approach are also essential.

This full-time and long-term role offers a competitive daily rate of £80-£95 on a PAYE basis (with no umbrella company fees!), as well as the opportunity to work with a reputable and well-resourced primary school. You will be part of a supportive and experienced senior leadership team, dedicated to providing the best possible education for all students.
