As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work primarily on an individual basis with a Year 4 student who has been identified as on the Autism Spectrum, while also supporting the class as a whole. You’ll be supported by an experienced and supportive SLT, and the school is committed to offering superb career progression.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, experience with children, confidence with the primary curriculum, and be proactive, reliable, and flexible. Strong communication skills and comfort supporting SEN are also key.
