Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting children with challenging behaviour and varying special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a classroom setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about providing quality education and care.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering educational activities for children with SEN
– Support individual students with their learning, ensuring they are engaged and making progress
– Provide one-to-one support to children who require additional help
– Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Skills:
– Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
– Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff
– Knowledge of special education strategies and interventions
– Strong organisational skills to assist in planning and implementing educational activities
– Passion for educating and caring for young learners
