A fantastic school in the London Borough of Wandsworth which is seeking a Learning Mentor to work directly with the most vulnerable pupils within the school.

Requirements of a Behaviour Specialist:

• A caring, supportive and resilient personality
• Ability to show empathy and understanding whilst also keeping clear boundaries with the students you support
• Comfortable supporting young people who can use strong language and physical violence at times
• Be consistent with the working patterns of 8:30am – 4pm, Monday – Friday
• You must work well as part of a team, able to be flexible where necessary
• Experience working with children in a school or youth club setting would be highly valued for this role
