We are partnering with a vibrant, inclusive mainstream primary school in Streatham who are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in overcoming barriers to learning and ensure they have the tools and encouragement to thrive.

Role Overview: As a Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students who need extra assistance to manage social, emotional, and academic challenges. You will help implement strategies to break down learning barriers, foster positive relationships, and empower students to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
• Collaborate with staff to develop strategies that encourage both academic and emotional growth.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children and their families, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.
• Work as part of a passionate team to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Play an active role in promoting high aspirations and helping all children fulfil their potential.
