What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assist in creating and adapting educational materials to ensure inclusive learning
• Work closely with teachers to implement individualized learning plans
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for all students

About You:

• Enthusiastic about education and helping students reach their full potential
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Prior experience in a similar role or working with children is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided!
