Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Hampstead, Camden
Salary: £425 – £500 (Weekly, PAYE)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

The school is located in the heart of Camden, and is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support their vibrant and inclusive school community. Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher with daily lesson delivery, ensuring every child is engaged and supported in their learning.
• Individual Attention: Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to pupils who need additional help with literacy, numeracy, or other areas.
• Inclusive Environment: Help maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment where all children feel safe and valued.
• Classroom Management: Assist with classroom organization, including setting up activities, managing materials, and supporting behaviour management.
• Extra-Curricular Activities: Support in organizing and participating in school clubs, trips, and events that enrich students’ learning experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and patient individual who enjoys working with children.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Adaptability and creativity to engage children in learning, especially those who need additional support.
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
