Position: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Primary School in Barnet
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: Up to £500 Weekly (Dependent on experience)

About the Role

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Barnet. In this role, you’ll work closely with teachers to support students with their learning, including those with special educational needs (SEN). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children’s education and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one or small group support to students.
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Supporting children with SEN to achieve their individual goals.
• Promoting a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Helping with classroom organization and activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children (preferably in an educational setting).
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification) – desirable but not essential.
