- Inclusive Learning: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the specific needs of students, ensuring equal access to the curriculum.
- Classroom Support: Assist teachers in managing diverse needs within the classroom, providing tailored interventions for individuals or small groups.
- Behavioural Support: Help manage and guide positive behaviour, providing strategies to support students who may face emotional or social challenges.
- Progress Monitoring: Observe and document student progress, sharing insights with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to evaluate and refine support strategies.

- Experience in SEN: Prior experience working with SEN children is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in SEN support, such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent, are a plus.
- Knowledge: Understanding of key SEN-related practices, such as sensory strategies, behaviour management techniques, or assistive technologies.
Why Join Us?
- Impactful Work: Help students with SEN achieve their potential and celebrate every success, no matter how small.
- Professional Development: Access specialised training opportunities, including SEN-specific certifications and workshops, even the potential to go on to a Teacher Training programme.
- Supportive Environment: Join a team that values collaboration and is committed to inclusive education.
- Rewarding Career: Enjoy a role that’s as fulfilling emotionally as it is professionally.
