Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions to students with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals
• Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and make appropriate adaptations to support students’ learning needs
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and external agencies involved in supporting students with SEN
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and included

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEN, ideally within a school or educational setting
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
